I have been spending a while now trying to get an avatar, just cant seem to figure out why it isn't working. Here is the HTML of the picture I want

There is an option to get at 150x150 as the avatar which I would like, but can't get it to work.
I know this is probably asked all the time and quite annoying, but I would appreciate any help!

I did the only thing I knew what to do... I took a screenshot of it and uploaded it to imgur
