Don't fret over this, AJ is a pass first kind of guy. He won't take off unless it's required.

Arm strength is way over rated in my opinion. Give me a mobile qb, that throws an accurate 10 to 15 yd pass, and doesn't make bad decisions. Mauck and Flynn were perfect examples of that type of qb. Neither were as mobile as AJ, but both were way more mobile than Mett. Both took us to NCs. Rohan, JR, and Mett did not.

The 17 yard out from the far hash will not be executed without an INT in this game. Mett could make that throw every time. I don't think AJ has the strength to do it, but his timing in throwing the pass can make up for that.
