For something like this to work, I'd want to replace the employees first. I'd want my costumers to be able to go in and out under a minute, which would be possible with robotic.

Why not have a touchscreen menu in substitute of the intercom/order screen. You pull up, touch what you want on the menu, it gives you a total, and the order isn't processed through inside until you've paid using your credit card/cash
Like a fast food self checkout.
