He is forced to grab some less desirables at Baylor to get talent level up. Won't have that issue at Texas.

Nope, instead he'll have the hardcore criminals that have permeated the Longhorn roster under Mack Brown...and will have the ability to make the charges disappear, unless they aren't contributing...then they transfer or "retire"
