manning has thrown for <300 at home before. the point is that they need to still play now to secure home field advantage. ontop of that, you honestly don't think manning wants that record as well? any sane player no matter how humble is gonna make it happen if they're this close.

i.e. look at jimmy/gronk race and brees never letting off on atlanta
