Yeah, I hope so. He didn't get "exposure" on the camp circuit and committed early.

He'll be looking to ball hawk in the MS-AL all star game, hope he makes some Ole Miss recruit look bad.

Voorhies is undoubtedly my favorite player in this class. You have a need, he can probably fill it. RB, QB (stretch), WR, S. He keeps growing and he can be a Chavis LB. And the work he put in is amazing. He added at least 12 lbs of muscle, and is probably faster. He's doing the things a freshmen does during his first season at D1 now in HS. Gotta respect that.

I think you're seeing some MS politics at work. He's from that nether-region between Biloxi and Hwy 98 (Laurel-Hattiesburg-Woodville). Plus he's a LSU commit. That would be why they are overwhelmingly reporting on the MS POY. I haven't heard of an injury, but haven't looked/asked either.
