That weekend meant a lot to us. It was about the time that he was ready and able to take Junior to the woods and camp. That was the end of the 2012 hunting season. We made a pact to hunt the next season and let Jake grow up in a camp setting. I gave up that lease when he was diagnosed with cancer.

Well, if you need a place to take the kids camping/fishing, I can set y'all up on Old River here in Pointe Coupee. Easy going place that is a family setting.
