Ten men in the huddle. Go into legal formation with no one near the sideline of your own team. Wide receiver sneaks on to the edge of the field. QB hikes after he is set. Defense is scrambling over to get to the open WR. Throw ball to uncovered man.

Perfect. I would also like the offense to be up by 3 scores and have the ability to completely kill the clock by taking a knee

Would be a penalty.
ETA: now if it's after a timeout and the huddle was on the sideline and the guy just hung out there, it would be ok
