Why possibly would you people not be in favor of it?

Because it's a one-dimensional offense that any good defense can shut down ... basic assignment football. How many teams in the top-20 run the triple option? Ever think maybe there's a reason for that?

If Auburn was 3-3 in one possession games, or 2-2 in one score games where they trailed with less than 2 minutes left, no one would care (I think .500 in those types of games is reasonable, especially considering that their offense isn't good at passing and their defense isn't very good).

Instead they went a ridiculous 6-0 and 4-0 in those games, and now everyone is going retarded about their offense.

Auburn's last 4 recruiting class (on Rivals) have been ranked:
2010 4 (LSU was 6)
2011 7 (LSU was 6)
2012 10 (LSU was 18)
2013 8 (LSU was 6)

So basically, the talent levels should be about the same as LSU.
There is no excuse for them going 0-8 in the SEC last year.

This season, against nearly identical schedules, Auburn had 5 games where they trailed with 2 minutes left while LSU had 4. Auburn and LSU each had one game where the they lost by double digits.

LSU had 3 double digit wins against BCS teams that finished .500 or better; Auburn had zero until yesterday.

Oh, and also LSU beat Auburn easily.

So I think, at least for the moment, we should hold off on re-vamping our entire offense to imitate theirs.
