The main issue bowl selection committees have with LSU right now is that Mett appears to be out for the game. Yes I know we have a very promising replacement. However, the starting QB for LSU is a glaring issue. Will LSU fans travel to see AJ play?

For the Cotton Bowl the question could be who will draw more, JFF or AJ.

Don't think the SEC will let that happen. Can't have a higher bowl picking an unranked team over a top 15 SEC team especially after last year and the fact that once again we beat the crap out of A&M.

Could it happen, obviously just about anything can happen when politics are involved, but LSU goes over A&M to the Cotton.

Link?

Nonsense. If anything, I'd be more inclined to travel to see AJ, our QB of the future, and a more multi-dimensional qb than Mett.

Of course they would, hell some may be more inclined to go see the bowl because of him. I don't think it's an issue to most fans one way or the other though.
