How is it in there? Do you use any wood chips?

I want to try a turkey in my BGE just scared of wasting time and results sucking.

Yep it's an egg. I used hickory and cherry chunks. Turned out awesome although I will feel better tomorrow when I know I didn't food poison my entire family. I almost had an anxiety attack from the stress of cooking the bird for 14 people. Will post pics of the final product soon.
