Now I have got to go out and get chili stuff because I can almost taste this thread. I even have a whole fried turkey in my fridge, and still want chili

I make a thing called Taco Soup by some people
1 lb lean ground meat
1 onion
1 can Rotel
1 can corn
1 can pinto beans
packed of hot chili powder mix

I am pretty sure that's it. Just brown meat and onions, drain, boil a cup of water in a pot, dump meat/onion stuff in there along with the rest of the crap. Stir it up and wait for it to boil again. Simmer for 30 minutes. Let cool for ~10 minutes and fill up bowl with soup, Frito's, and cheddar cheese. Stir it to melt the cheese and get the Frito's soggy. Enjoy

I burn my mouth every time I eat it, so you might want to actually wait the full 10 minutes for it to cool down. Like gumbo, it tastes better the longer it is in the fridge
