The two Defensive Ends pushed straight ahead and a little to the outside so Manziel could not run wild,run wide and break loose on his famous runs. He was forced inside and the linebackers were looking for him being forced inside. That's why Welter played his best game, Manziel ran right to him. This and shout-down corners made it happen.
