He's not costing us but this is wasting valuable experience for other players. Hatcher was the same way. Jefferson needs the experience over Martin, Mills needs to play nickel only, Barrow should split more time, and the backup DTs should play more to get experience and the starters rest.

Linebackers suck. It's time people race fact Welter is bad, but he's playing because there isn't much talent at the position.
