Yea I have never heard of a limit. Only time Ive heard of this is in a couple places in Arkansas that some people I know have hunted.

Arkansas has quite a few spots that have shell limits, and a few more that need them. With the publicity and flood of out of state hunters (myself included), some of the shooting that goes on is comical.

Cache NWR (as asked by the OP) for example has no shell limit....I have hunted here every year for the past 15 years and it gets worse every time. I have never seen/heard so many people unload on a group of greenheads that are in the ozone and obviously on a mission.

This is why I'm actually in favor of shell limits.
