I've looked at rivals 5 stars over the last 11 years and these are the guys who have come up and have been at least decent.
This everybody who has been mediocre (one decent year) to terrible. Used Rivals and Scout this time.

Compared to how highly regarded and rated they were, one good year or even less is considered a bust IMO.
I previously only used rivals but after looking at Scout, I found 2 more who were great for us.
