A buddy told me that the defense has only made one stop in the 2nd half of all of our SEC games combined so far this season. That can't be true, can it?

If you just watch the Auburn and Ole Miss games, you know that isn't true. They just didn't produce enough scores to go with stops even against Georgia.

Football is a team game. If the defense gets a stop, the offense needs to make the opposing team pay with points scored. Far too often, we couldn't follow-up on the stops we did get even though there weren't enough of them.
