How much does coaching really impact NBA teams? I'm wondering because I'm new to the NBA.

I don't think ownership can handle much more of this ridiculous basketball. Absolutely atrocious considering how much talent is on this team.
Monty, you are pretty much done unless you just start killing it in the next 10 games....doubtful that happens.

Coaching is a huge part. The defensive reads by some of these players are terrible. Chemistry plays a part too but Monty is not developing these players.

I've defended him a decent amount, but this is just bad. He's not a good coach. If we want to keep some of these stars wanting to play here in the future, we need to move forward with a new coach....soon.
