I think the talent there gets overrated a bit and his actual coaching ability and superb staff get overlooked by the average fan. I think He could take his style and staff to a larger Public school in central Arkansas and be very, very good.

His staff is made up of guys that would be better head coaches than 90% of what's in central Arkansas right now.
