How about finishing what they started in college first?
Especially in Hill's case, after Miles stuck his neck out for him.

I just don't fault kids for entering the draft if it's what is best for their future.

Finishing what? That's not how it works. The only way a coach can get a junior not to declare is by convincing them they will be drafted higher after next year. Hill has showcased everything he has and could blow out his knee on the first snap next season. It's not worth it to the player.
