I understand the position of not wasting a scholly nowadays on package deals and such but if LSU was truly full at WR, how come they offered the 6'7" kid from Texas last month? I realize he's a bit tall and may switch to tight end but wouldn't offering this scholly to Sims instead of a kid that's likely a project as well make more sense?

BC Sims in reality Sims is like the 7 or 8th best WR in the state regardless of class ...

I agree with this. I'd rather Sims than Chark. And I've seen both play.
