1.) Renewed emphasis on recruiting. Up the budget, get rid of Emsinger, bring in a top notch recruiter to help out Frank. No one can dispute the troubling trend of the best 2 or 3 players in the state looking to go elsewhere.
2.) Time for Stud to move on. His player development and overall coaching hasn't been up to par. It's just time for a new perspective on things.
3.) Train in the offseason like we did for the Oregon game in the summer of 2011. Run the hurry up, push the players to be conditioned. I think that set the tone for the year and the difficult schedule we had. I haven't seen anything like that the past 2 years.

I'm curious. Why Ensminger? What inside knowledge do you have of his coaching on the field abilities and contibutions to the game plans to warrant this position?
