Oregon had trouble with UCLA until the half - then, once Oregon got rolling they were rolling...their offense can just change a game's dynamic in an instant as we all know.
Stanford can't do that.
They were physically manhandling and dominating UCLA but it was only 3-0 at halftime because Stanford's O is the opposite of dynamic.
The final score was only 24-10 - but Stanford dominated UCLA almost more than Oregon did.
Stanford is good enough - just like Bama can win a game 21-3 and the opponent is never really in the game despite the low score.
But I don't think that style works with this year's Ducks team. Stanford would have to be perfect all night on D - and eventually the Ducks usually find a way to open it up.

UCLA gave Oregon the ball via turnovers and shanked punts. If Stanford has any chance in this game they cannot give Oregon any extra chances because you can only stop Oregon for so long. Despite losing 75% of their receptions from last year I just have this weird feeling Stanford doesn't give Oregon extra chances and makes it a 4th quarter game.
