Some might forget that fan comes from fanatic. Most here are. THIS is one of the best Payton quotes on that...

Sean Payton’s favorite messages to his team is that every week is going to be treated from the outside as either a “crisis or a carnival.” But the team can’t overreact either way after a win or a loss.

Individual losses don't spell crisis. Losing your QB like GB is a crisis. They haven’t lost back-to-back games under Payton since the end of the 2009 season.

Blueslover, you are both a scholar and a gentlemen. Some on here lose their shite after the first incomplete pass or run for loss. It's really very comical how as hard as it is to keep a job in the NFL, there are a couple hundred NFL head coaches who post on here.

This Bud's for you Blues...

It's kind of a silly statement by Payton - it is a crisis or carnival. every NFL game is worth 10 major league baseball games. every NFL game is worth five NBA games. every NFL game is worth five NHL games.

You want to tell me that losing that Browns game wasn't devastating in 2010? We have a bye and are cruising into the NFC championship game if we Don't lose to Cleveland.

In 2011 were hosting the 49ers than the Giants and making the Super Bowl if we don't lose in St. Louis.

Every game is huge - there's a reason Drew Brees is making over $1 million per game. theres a reason that Sean Payton is making $500,000 a game
