My god, I thought our family was the only one in the world to do this (we use green olives with cream cheese). If you want to kick it up a little, pick up a bag of the mini bell peppers, cut them in halves or quarters and stuff those. It's delicious. I've also picked up a jar of olive mix and used that and it worked well, too.
It's not a holiday in our house without stuffed celery.

I will have to try the olive mix with the cream cheese for my celery and some min bell peppers! Great ideas!
