Could LSU beat AU right now????? They toyed with them 6 weeks ago and won 35-21.............. Or is AU WAY WAY overated??????? Injuries aside. Could LSU beat UGA right now?????? Not sure. Alabama is gonna stuff the run, cover Landry and OBJ like a glove three sizes too small and send someone at Mett every time he drops to pass. I think for LSU to win, someone else is going to have to step up. Maybe a TE.
One of the reasons (IMO) that the offense is looking less than spectacular now is because LSU depended too much on Mett, OBJ and Landry and any team with a decent defense has picked up on this. I think someone else is going to have to emerge in a big way for the Tigers to make it happen vs Alabama. On offense and defense.
