I don't think you can name one Elite CBB team that has produced 5 NBA caliber players that played together at the same time.

The UK team that just won the national championship had Davis, MKG, Jones. That's 3 NBA players. Not sure what happened to Lamb, Teague or Miller. OSU had Oden, Conley, Daequon Cook and I forget who else but that's a solid team. Then UF had Noah, Horford, Brewer. Those are just recent great teams, I'm sure there are others. I agree with him that a historically great CBB team could challenge a historically bad NBA team.

The FAB five is the only team that I think would have a shot against a bad NBA team, maybe one of those UNLV teams from the early 90's. That OSU squad would get murdered, so would Kentucky team. Florida would hang around(bigs) but they couldn't win. Keep in mind bad NBA teams look bad because they are playing against the best talent in the world. Elite CBB teams don't face that kind of talent on a daily basis( especially in today's CBB). I don't think people realize how big the talent gap is between the pros and college.
