UPDATE 3:35 p.m.: Deadline passes with no sign of GSU players
...players also met with new interim coach Dennis "Dirt" Winston at 11 a.m. and then skipped out on a 12:30 p.m. walk-through.

They are not going. There are already people out there saying that players have already leaving campus to go home (to their respective hometowns).

From deadline passes and no sign:
If they kick all the players off the team, who will they find to take their places? Random students?
They could suit up some of the band members (probably play better), but none of the band members want to take a demotion to football.
