I think it'll be heavily Kings Landing - Tyrion/Sansa & Jaime/Cersei, The Wall- Jon, and Essos - Dany. Bran, Theon, Stannis, and Arya's stories will be cut down a lot to make room for some of the newer characters they'll be throwing into the mix in these main 3 locations.

So how long will we be waiting for season four to come? I'll just spend time asking here instead of spending the exact same amount of time googling and actually finding out myself.
