By basing "only off record" I don't mean SOS isn't considered. SOS is in fact implicit in the formula used to calculate the ratings. what I mean is the only information the algorithm needs, for each team, the list of teams they played and the game result for each game.

Shouldn't your rankings be affected by the home records of each team AND how many home games they have left?
