small First Aid kit
Dressing kit (skinning knife, rubber gloves, etc)

Some of us actually hunt out in the boonies, not in the local suburban frickin' park.

I have to travel roughly a mile from my truck to the stand. I always bring a FAK with me to the stand, it would be pretty worthless a mile away in the truck if I were to hurt myself.
