I haven't read the GN.
You having already been reprimanded for posting possible spoilers based on your reading of the GN just stated that "for the record" Beth would not die.
Therefore, I having no clue what the GN entails would assume that you are posting a spoiler.
Did I break that down enough for you?

I don't think at this point anything from the GN can be considered a "spoiler" considering how different they are.
Hell, Carol was with Tyrese before the prison, tried to "marry" Lori and Rick, and committed suicide. She's a completely different character.
There is no Darryl or Beth in the GN, and Rick at one point is with Andrea. Obviously that's not going to happen on the show.
Chill out with the talk about banning people for saying what happens in the comic.
