doesn't he have an issue with his throwing shoulder or elbow?

Probably from having to try to throw too hard. He's never had a great arm.

He seems to have an elbow problem. I recall this being an issue his last year at LSU, during training camp with Seattle, and hearing it this year with the Raiders too. They were and are a shite team, and he hasn't exactly burned it up, but I think Flynn is injured.
