how do boss fights work with that many people? seems like you would knock him out in a couple seconds

Everybody that CANNOT perma-stun, last the full 3 minutes, or otherwise deal 30% damage in one round starts immediately. Most of them do a few hundred K up to a few million damage per round. All of us that CAN perma-stun keep refreshing the page to watch the boss' health tick down. As soon as it drops below 50M remaining, we all jump in and knock him out.

Several top players don't even bother with boss because they don't need the HB, so we usually end up with 5 or 6 players getting the top reward, and 10 or so more players with decent rewards. All told we do about 350M damage even though boss 3 only has 120M health. (I just added up our top 10 damage from last night: 356M from the top 10, and there are probably about 10 more players out of the rankings that did another few million each.)

We used to jump in below 40M remaining, but the guild grew very quickly, and we had so many non-stunners who could do a lot of damage, and almost every night health would drop from 45M down to like 25M instantly, which screwed the stunners out of HB. We haven't had many problems since we bumped it up to 50M.
