Agreed, you can't teach instincts. But all of our DBs have regressed since Cooper left. Plain and simple. Loston just needs to open his fricking arms instead of acting like he's diving into the ocean. Every. Single. Time.

I don't see a regression. Loston has been like that since he got here. No hate on the kid, he gives it his all... but Reid was the better safety. They were both here for both DB coaches.

I think people are confusing the JAlens "regresing" with getting exposed because the front 7 and safety's (aka Reid) aren't there to pick up the slack.

I think its way to early to start blaming DB coaching. We need to see a lot of improvements across the board on D before we can realistically make that conclusion.

Remember there were those who said Stud couldn't coach up linemen to save his life. This year the o-line is a nationally recognized strength of our team. Let them coach and enjoy the show boys.
