Who should I keep going forward?

Hoping to pick up Leveon Bell off waivers this week. Looking to drop either Edelman or Hartline. I'm currently leaning with keeping Hartline with Gronk and Amendola coming back and it being a standard scoring league. Thoughts?

The fact that someone hasn't already picked up Bell tells me all I need to know.
