Size is always a issue if you ever played football. The bigger someone is the harder they fall, but they are also hard as frick to bring down! Chavis most effective LB under his reign was a regular sized LB. Minter who was 6'1 245.

I don't like this system he has of using these undersized players at LB because LSU will continue to get gashed on the run. They are easy as frick for massive OLineman to move out of the way of RB's. He claims he puts them in for speed, but what good is this so called speed adavantage done so for? Only Kwon Alexander has gotten behind the line a few times.

That is absolutely not true!!

Yes I have played football, and played against plenty of dudes that are bigger and slower and they didn't do shite. You have to be athletic also. Unless you are just clogging the middle, you can't just be big you have to be athletic and be able to move otherwise a good coach can figure out a game plan.
