Please enlighten me, I've always wanted some of that, "Common Sense."

Seriously.

If I'm a college program I take a hard look.

Offense sells tickets and has nfl experience. Would be attractive to any recruits.

His contract is structured in such a way that it would be in his best interest to stay more than one year.

Try google for some.
His head coaching record is just too impressive that you couldn't help yourself and had to ask the question....?

Nothing says first class head coaching material like a head coaching resume of a 18-37 collegiate record and 1-15 NFL record.

Not all coordinators are HC material...no matter how awesome they are at OC/DC. Cam Cameron is walking proof of this reality.
