Why do our players like blocking in the back?

We seem to get 2-3 a game, and it has to be one of the most preventable penalties.
Just don't push the guy from behind. But yet they alway do it. Even when they don't have to!
Can anyone explain?

To be fair, it's easy to have this called on you. You don't need much of a push for an infraction.

I can't remember the last time we had a return that wasn't called back for some reason. It's getting pretty ridiculous.
