Then there is Hershel Walker, Bo Jackson, Emmitt Smith, all guys that go buzz coming in as freshman long before the internet and rivals, 247 et al. This type of hyperbole is just setting everyone up for disappointment cause there is no way he's so much better than any of those guys or Peterson (10 years ago) Reggie Bush (11) Kevin Faulk (less than 20).
