I also was at the soft opening, and Chef Jeremy Langlois has created a menu that is imaginative and one that I believe everyone will enjoy sampling. Some of my favorites were the Corned Beef & Cabbage soup, the Zapp's Potato Chip Crusted Grouper, and the River Road Sliders. It's a little more casual menu than Latil's Landing. But the quality and presentation is still at as high a level as Latil's.

I've been adding crushed Zapps craw-tators to my Louisiana Fish Fry then frying my fish. It's really good. I don't know where I had something like it or I think I may have seen him cook it on tv.

It's a great facility and I'll have to try it soon since we love Latils.
