quote:For two reasons: ASU had a player off sides from the previous play, and none of Wisconsin's other players were set. Had Wisconsin been allowed to snap it then, it would have been an illegal snap that would have ended the game with a time runoff.

No you're just wrong because the officials had everything ready and under control when the clock read :00. Can't expect anything better than that. Wisconsin should have been ready in the off chance they would have counted the snap/play after the game was over and then allowed them to kick a field goal after the game was over just for the hell of it.
