Yeah, the show was liberal, but it didn't go to the Cartoon Conservative well THAT often. Honestly, the show attacked Blue Dog Dems more than any group, though both Vice Presidents turned into pretty good characters.

But mainly it was a show about people who wanted to do the right thing, and let their ideals guide them. We could use more shows like that, regardless of politics. It was people trying to do good, and the message was that while we don't want to see the sausage get made, public servants are just that.

Favorite scene is when they're all on the way to the press conference where Bartlett's gonna announce his illness... with Brothers In Arms playing, just incredible.
