When he inisists on not wasting clock as he ties the game and giving SD enough time to win, THAT'S HIS FAULT.
And I said it before and I'll say it again, all these 83 second touchdown drives and 21 second three and outs are doing his EXHAUSTED defenses no favors. You will see this more when they start playing ball control teams that will have almost literally a 45-15 time of possession advantage.

If his defense sucks so bad, maybe Kelly should try some ball control to try and protect them a little bit.
