That SUCKS!!! But hey, I'm still going to make everything magical for her. I bought her the book "Born to be a Tiger Too", and her LSU cheerleader uniform. I'm making sure that she doesn't miss a thing. I want it to be as special for her as it was for me when I was young.

Is it just me or could you really care less if there was a fly over. Also I don't care much for the fireworks when the team runs on to the field. To me if you need that type of peripheral crap to enjoy the game then you are better off going to a WWE event. Same for the piped in music.

Just my opinion.

And then head over to the stadium and watch the band come down the hill. Even if it's crowded you can put her on your shoulders.

If you are a TAF member it is cool to go into the PMAC after the band comes down the hill. They play a mini "concert" in there that's fun. And your daughter may appreciate a bit of A/C at that point.

I've always stood in the same spot in front of the band at the bottom of the hill to hear them play the pregame, but I've never gone to hear the drumline warm up. Thanks for the tip. I'll make sure to not miss it.

If the band is coming down the hill at 530 (per the fan guide) what time does the drumline get started?
