If you make a side by side comparison between LSU and Alabama in the last few years, it's very even. Many just can't get that through their heads. Or is it 21-0 glasses? We have consistently played the much harder schedule. And so on.
If you want to be the best, you have to beat the best. We beat Bama about as much as they beat us. Outside of that, we play and beat more quality opponents than Bama year in and year out. Toughest competition there is. If ANY recruit out there wants to be challenged by the toughest schedules, have the elite coaching and facilities we have, and compete EVERY year for national titles, you won't find a better place than LSU.
As I understand it, CRob could just as easily be a Fighting Tiger as he could be a flowing Crimson Tide(not to be confused with the monthly female visitor). I can only imagine how CRob would feel having to travel to Tiger Stadium to play against the team he has loved for so long. There would be so much regret playing against all the Louisiana guys that he could have played WITH for years wrecking shite. Bama is old news. LSU is where it's at moving forward. Period.
