Im not so sure about RG3 having a great fantasy season his 2nd year.
He only had more than 220 passing yards in 6 games last year. Which means he threw for less than 220 yards in 10 games last year. Which isnt good. A lot of his points came with his feet. 7 of his TDs were rushing and he rushed for over 815 yards.
Coming off a torn ACL, I dont see him putting up those rushing #s like he did last year. I doubt Shannahan runs any designed QB running plays. And he will be telling RG3 to not run the ball. They are going to try and protect him at all costs.
If he can get better as a passer in the pocket he should have a solid year, but I dont see him putting up the #s he did last year.

I agree that they will try to be more careful, but to think Shannahan won't call any running plays seems pretty silly. RG3 won't be on the field until he is 100% and part of his game is based around him being an elusive runner. RG3 won't run as much, but I would bet he still makes plays this year with his legs.
