Truth. Gotta remember its just a tv show, so some things will require willing suspension of disbelief. The magnet destroying the laptop, Gus being 5 feet away from a bomb and walking after it goes off (that's more just embellishing that a plot hole), etc, but its still believable enough to be awesome.
I wasn't hating on the shows plot holes, just pointing out that those of us that really know about insurance, know hank wouldn't have never had to pay a dime and still gotten great care
