This was pretty well documented that multiple witnesses said the cops failed to identify themselves until after they started cuffing the boys. It happened in a pretty crowded place. I've not seen one report come out that conflicted with the boys accounts.

Who knows what actually happened. Sounds like this will be put behind Ricky and hopefully he can avoid any more run-ins with the law. I wouldn't put my money on it though.
