did I just read??? They didn't know they were cops. Up until the point where they took their cuffs out. Again, MULTIPLE adult witnesses were there and their statements were deemed "not necessary" by JPSO IA division.

I can understand recruiting the guys that help you win regardless, but it's stupidity if he has warning signs and you just cross your fingers and hope. I defended Hill but obviously Miles ignores even offenses committed during the recruiting period. At that point, what are you going to use to judge their character?
